E-Commerce Operations Supervisor

We are looking for a highly motivated E-Commerce Operations Supervisor with 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations. You will oversee online store operations and drive sales growth. In the initial stage, you will also handle product listing and inventory management tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage online store operations across multiple platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, attributes, categories, pricing)
  • Plan and execute online promotions and campaigns
  • Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, traffic, and advertising ROI
  • Coordinate with Marketing Supervisor / Designer to execute campaigns and prepare content
  • Collaborate with Procurement / Sourcing team on stock availability, new products, and pricing
  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports
  • Identify growth opportunities and suggest improvements

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in product sales or e-commerce operations (MRO, BOM, Electronics, or other retail products)
  • Experience in managing online marketplaces and product listings
  • Energetic, proactive, and growth-oriented
  • Strong execution, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable performing both operations and listing tasks
  • Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Good English communication skills
