Who are we looking for:

We are looking for an E-Commerce Supervisor to take charge of our digital sales channels, with a strong focus on third-party aggregator platforms. This role is key to driving the company's online growth by ensuring product visibility, accuracy of listings, and seamless operational coordination. The ideal candidate will oversee campaign performance, monitor sales trends, and implement strategies to maximize revenue, strengthen customer retention, and uphold our brand integrity across all e-commerce platforms.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Monitor partner aggregator performance metrics across all active online branches, ensuring data visibility and actionable insights.
  • Lead sales forecasting for e-commerce campaigns to support strategic planning and target setting.
  • Identify performance gaps or underperforming branches on aggregator platforms and recommend corrective action plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement in e-commerce conversion and transactions by optimizing platform content.
  • Ensure accurate, real-time updates of product listings, pricing, availability, and menu synchronization across aggregator platforms.
  • Lead onboarding and launch readiness for new branches, ensuring full operational preparedness before go-live.
  • Conduct regular audits and optimizations of aggregator live platforms across all store locations.
  • Lead negotiations with aggregator partners and recommend platform-led promotions aligned with business goals.
  • Generate and present performance dashboards to ensure data accuracy and visibility for stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • With at least 2–3 years of experience in E-Commerce, Online Sales, Digital Merchandising, or Account Management.
  • Proficiency in using and managing E-Commerce platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data, listings, and reporting.
  • Knowledgeable in promotional and campaign management.
  • Adept at digital promotions, voucher setup, and online sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills to supervise and guide a team effectively.
  • Willing to report and perform duties at our Head Office in Visayas Avenue, Quezon City.
