Key Responsibilities

Platform Setup

  • Plan and execute the complete setup of the company's e-commerce store
  • Organize and upload product listings with optimized photos, pricing, descriptions, and categories
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align product data, inventory, and order fulfillment processes

E-Commerce Operations & Growth

  • Manage day-to-day online store operations including updates to product listings, pricing, and stock levels
  • Plan and manage e-commerce campaigns (sales, promos, bundles) to drive traffic and conversions
  • Achieve defined online sales targets and continuously seek ways to improve performance
  • Provide regular reports and insights on store activity, customer behavior, and campaign results
  • Use analytics tools to track store performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve the customer journey
  • Research trends in store design, discounting, and e-commerce campaign strategies
  • Coordinate with marketing for ad pushes, social media alignment, and product launches
  • Knowledge in e-commerce design (layouts, user interface, content presentation) is a plus
Qualifications
  • Experience in e-commerce operations or online store setup
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of projects with clear direction
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable using digital tools for content uploading and performance tracking
  • Basic design or UI/UX familiarity to assist in improving store presentation is an advantage
