Capability Development Specialist

Innodata Knowledge Services Inc. is a data engineering company providing Artificial Intelligence (AI) services to the world's most prestigious companies. We are currently looking for experienced Capability Development Specialist to join our growing community.

The primary duties include:

  • Collaborating with external partners and educational institutions to find and engage potential candidates.
  • Implementing and managing upskilling and learning programs to help current employees grow their skills and careers.
  • Handling the coordination, scheduling, and logistics for various learning initiatives and training sessions.
  • Assisting with the evaluation of program effectiveness by collecting feedback, monitoring participation, and analyzing data from the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Working with team members and external partners to ensure the successful execution and promotion of talent and learning initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using technology and data tracking for basic reporting.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php25, Php27,500.00 per month
