QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS Food Science or Food Technology
  • At least 2 years of experience in the food industry (formulation, sensory evaluation, raw material inspection, or production process) — but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Knowledge in FDA regulations, food safety systems (QMS, GMP, SSOP, HACCP), and product costing
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Assist in the development and improvement of food products and formulations.
  • Conduct trials, evaluations, and sensory testing for new and existing products.
  • Coordinate with Production, QA, and other teams to ensure compliance with FDA and food safety standards.
  • Prepare technical documents and specifications for raw materials and finished products.
  • Support in solving production issues and recommending process improvements.
  • Participate in product costing and feasibility studies.
