Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and enforce compliance with food safety and quality regulations.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to maintain product standards.
  • Develop and implement quality systems, documentation, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with production teams to uphold safety and quality protocols.
  • Provide training and guidance on compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • 3–10 years of work experience, preferably in the meat and seafood industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control procedures.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Integrity, professional ethics, and solid analytical and decision-making abilities.
