Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in domestic logistics, importation, and supply chain operation
  • strong knowledge of importation procedures, customs documentation, and trade compliance.
  • Familiarity with domestic distribution networks, trucking operations, and warehouse management
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadline

Job description:

  • Handle end-to-end logistics operations, including domestics transportation, importation, warehousing and distribution
  • Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, customs broker, and transport providers
  • Prepare and process shipping documents (Invoices, packing lists, bills of lading)
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and storage conditions to maintain accurate records
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade laws, and government
  • Manage local deliveries and distribution schedules
  • Monitor logistics performance and implement cost-solving

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
