Work Hours: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 10:00AM to 7:00PM

Job Summary:

The Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting the company's marketing initiatives through campaign execution, content preparation, and coordination of promotional activities. This role involves assisting in both online and offline marketing efforts to strengthen the company's brand presence and support business development. The staff will work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with company goals.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and contribute fresh ideas to promote the company's products and services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content.
  • Manage customer and client inquiries and update company social media accounts and website content.
  • Conduct basic market research on industry trends, competitors, and customer insights.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, designers, and vendors for marketing collateral production.
  • Help organize company events, trade shows, or promotional activities.
  • Track and report marketing performance metrics and provide insights for improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with company objectives.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to marketing documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • At least a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
  • Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or social media management is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creativity and willingness to contribute new ideas.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; basic knowledge of graphic design or content creation tools is a plus.
  • Team player, proactive, and able to meet deadlines under minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php700.00 per day
