Position: Quotation and Invoice Processor

Full Time | Remote | AU Time Zone

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft quotations based on project details and site reports.
  • Enter and manage data in quotation templates or accounting systems (e.g. Xero, Excel).
  • Generate and send invoices to clients.
  • Track payment status and update financial records accordingly.
  • Prepare weekly reports of outstanding invoices.

Requirements

  • Competency in Microsoft Office or Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Clear English communication and understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Previous experience in HVAC, construction, or similar industries preferred.
