JOB SUMMARY:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of commercial's daily operations and objectives.
  • Provide data analysis, marketing assistance, and administrative support to ensure smooth business functions.
  • Develop familiarity with customer and stakeholder management processes to strengthen relationships and engagement.
  • Monitor budget attainment while supporting business retention and acquisition efforts.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of marketing materials, while contributing to marketing campaigns and event coordination.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inventory & Documentation Management

  • Oversee the inventory of administrative supplies and commercial materials (collaterals, giveaways, etc.), ensuring proper receipt from suppliers and distribution to intended recipients.
  • Safeguard departmental documents for both receiving and release processes.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Collect, verify, and refine data, ensuring accuracy by correcting erroneous entries.
  • Generate precise and timely reports for both internal and external Commercial data requirements.
  • Maintain and update data sets and report presentations in alignment with evolving business needs and reporting demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables affecting Commercial reports.
  • Utilize advanced spreadsheet functions such as multi-level sorting, data filtering, pivot tables, and intermediate formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, IF, COUNT) for efficient data manipulation.

Marketing Support

  • Conduct research and analysis of market trends and competitor activities.
  • Assist in marketing campaigns by engaging with customers and handling event and collateral preparations.
  • Contribute to the development, updating, and distribution of marketing materials to enhance client outreach and engagement (including presentations, newsletters, and advisories).

Administrative Coordination

  • Prepare agendas and document detailed minutes for both internal and external meetings.
  • Manage scheduling and venue reservations for meetings and events.
  • Develop and maintain process guides for Commercial reports and operational tasks for team-wide reference.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the related field
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills
  • Excellent math and computational ability
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to take direction
  • Willingness to work as a team player
