CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, identify new business opportunities, and expand the customer base.
  • Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and manage the sales team, setting targets, providing coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research, monitor industry trends and competitor activities, and use this information to adapt sales strategies.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor sales metrics, generate sales forecasts, and report on performance to senior management, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Financial Management: Manage sales budgets, oversee financial performance, and contribute to achieving revenue goals.
  • Customer Focus: Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, providing after-sales support and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

KEY SKILLS:

  • Ability to inspire and lead a team, with strong oral and written communication skills to present to clients and management.
  • Proven ability to sell products, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
  • Skill in analyzing data, identifying market trends, and developing strategic sales plans.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective business relationships.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
