Position: Senior Marketing Manager

Reports to: Vice President – Sales & Marketing

Supervises: Marketing Managers

  • The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the overall marketing operations of the Medtech division, driving business growth, and achieving sales and profitability targets. This role also supports the coaching and development of the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set overall marketing direction to promote products competitively and effectively.
  • Lead the marketing team in analyzing sales performance versus targets and recommend action plans.
  • Ensure timely implementation of all marketing programs.
  • Drive new business development and evaluate potential product launches with business partners.
  • Conduct training sessions to develop the skills and competencies of the team and sales staff.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure targets are met across all business partners.
  • Implement effective pricing strategies for all products.
  • Prepare and submit business reports as required.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree or coursework preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience managing a marketing division, preferably in the medical devices industry.
  • Proven track record in guiding teams, developing short- and long-term marketing plans, and working with advisory boards or speakers.
  • Strong knowledge in forecasting, inventory management, and understanding of medical device market dynamics.
  • Basic understanding of distribution operations.
