Job description

We are looking for an organized Sales and Marketing Assistant to assist in the advertising and selling of our company's products and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry. The responsibilities include generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature, developing pricing strategies, and meeting marketing and sales human resource objectives. To represents the company's brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.

Must have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. Should also possess knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing.

Regular Duties and Responsibilities

  • · Collaborating with internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.
  • · Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
  • · Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.
  • · Working closely with sales and presales team
  • · Creating marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations.
  • · Giving presentations.
  • · Maintaining a marketing database.
  • · Providing administrative support to the sales team.
  • · Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents.
  • · Understanding company product and brand.
  • · General office duties.
  • · Creating and interpreting a variety of reports.
  • · Organizing market research.
  • · Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.
  • · Updating social media accounts.

Sales and Marketing Assistant Requirements

  • · Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • · 2-3 years' experience in marketing or sales.
  • · Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience.
  • · Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
  • · Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • · Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • · Experience using computers for a variety of tasks and competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • · A high level of attention to detail.
  • · Ability to work effectively within a team and independently and good organizational skills.
  • · Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
  • · Ability to work under pressure.
  • · Related job and internship experience.
  • · Digital Marketing Experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
