JOB SUMMMARY

  • Store Maintenance Specialist are reliable to oversee all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the company's store equipment's, outlet or facilities.
  • Administer departmental personnel to have the best physical resources available to complete their duties according to budget as well.
  • Store Maintenance Specialist will have a solid understanding plumbing, kinds of equipment, technical skills and electrical systems as well as carpentry or other crafts.
  • Should be well-versed in all maintenance processes and health & safety regulations.
  • Must have aptitude in undertaking administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting, cost control, preventive maintenance, schedule plotting etc.
  • The goal is to ensure the company store equipment and facilities are well-cared for and adequate to support the company's business operations.
  • Tracking expenses and progress so the company know when something needs fixing based on periodic evaluations and inspections.
