Pag-asa Steel seeks Engineers to join as Maintenance Planner for the efficient and effective implementation of Maintenance Master Plans and Standards ensuring sustained high equipment availability / reliability and efficiency at optimum cost to support the attainment of the production volume, quality and productivity.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 5 years of related work experience in rolling mill operations or similar manufacturing work environment.
  • Five (5) years exposure in Hot Rolling Operations Equipment, Maintenance, two (2) years of which must be in Technical Staff and/or junior supervisory capacity preferably.
  • Preferably with exposure in an Engineering Management Training Program.
  • Proficient knowledge in hot rolling technology or process.
  • Proficient knowledge in equipment maintenance.
  • With working knowledge on Maintenance planning, Resource Management and Utilization, Work and Process improvement.
