OPERATIONS COORDINATOR – FULL TIME (REMOTE)

We're looking for a smart, articulate, and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is key to ensuring smooth order processing, clear communication, and exceptional service to both suppliers and customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Communicate with suppliers regarding product availability, order details, timelines, and shipping.
  • Update customers on their order status, resolve inquiries, and ensure they receive exceptional service.
  • Process orders accurately from start to finish, including entering details into our systems and coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Monitor timelines to ensure orders are fulfilled on schedule.
  • Proactively follow up on pending items to avoid delays.
  • Maintain organized records of communications, orders, and supplier agreements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Excellent command of the English language — both written and verbal.
  • Strong communication skills — you can convey information clearly, confidently, and professionally.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • A quick thinker who can problem-solve and adapt to changing situations.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in operations, supply chain, or order processing.
