About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions is looking for passionate and driven Financial Associates with fluency in Mandarin to join our growing team based in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that provides an opportunity to work with an industry-leading company in the call centre and customer service sector.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle inbound calls from Mandarin-speaking customers to assist with a variety of financial inquiries and transactions
  • Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer needs, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions
  • Accurately process customer information, payments, and other financial transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and continuously improve processes
  • Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English
  • Prior experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the financial services industry; No CCE required; BPO experience is still a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software to process transactions and access customer information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
