Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Administrator to be part of BondClad Group OPC. The Project Administrator will be the main PIC for managing project documentation, document control, and other admin support for construction projects in Australia.

Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to on-site Project Managers based in Australia.
- Manage and maintain project documentation including contracts, RFIs, and correspondence.
- Draft and record meeting minutes and ensure action items are tracked and followed up.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of claims, variations, and extension of time (EOT) requests.
- Support with the preparation and response to Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Coordinate document control processes and ensure version control compliance.
- Monitor project schedules and support tracking of key milestones and deliverables.
- Assist in compiling project reports and internal communications.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with company standards, systems, and procedures.
- Serve as a communication bridge between offshore and onshore teams.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Familiarity with Australian construction standards, contract management processes, and project terminology is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Work Schedule (Dayshift)
- Monday to Friday (6AM-3PM; Manila Time)
Work Setup (Onsite)
- You will be working onsite.
- Your equipment will be provided by the company.
- UP Technohub, Quezon City
