Key Responsibilities:
· Generate and analyse monthly learning hours reports to track staff development progress
· Compile and maintain timelog reports to monitor workforce productivity
· Create and update dashboards to visualise learning hours data and key performance metrics
· Follow up with team members regarding incomplete timelog submissions and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
· Provide administrative support to the offshore team, including documentation and coordination of team activities
· Prepare and present reports to management using data visualisation tools
Required Qualifications and Skills:
· Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
· Proven experience in administrative role, preferably in an multinational setting
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), including pivot tables and data analysis
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
· Proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-ups
· Ability to work independently while supporting a remote team
