JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the analysis, validation and processing of payments for Trade and Non-Trade payables ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES

  • Match the invoice for payment between goods received and purchase order.
  • Validate proprietary of approving personnel on payable documents.
  • Prepares monthly landowner share reports.
  • Reconcile and analyze account balances and transactions.
  • Prepares Journal Vouchers for Financial Statement purposes.
  • Prepare and maintain different accounting schedules.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Accountancy
  • With at least one (1) year experience preferably in real estate industry

COMPETENCIES

  • Proactive and keen to details
  • With good oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Willing to work in Lucena City, Quezon
