Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Associate to support our accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate will assist with data entry, processing transactions, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate financial records.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Record and process financial transactions (e.g., invoices, expenses, payments).
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Maintain and update financial records and documents.
  • Help prepare financial reports and summaries.
  • Respond to internal and external financial inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
