Job Description

As a Marketing Administrator, you will manage marketing projects, coordinate events, create content, and oversee campaigns from planning to execution. You'll ensure brand consistency, track performance, and collaborate with vendors to deliver exceptional marketing materials and events.

Work setup: Hybrid (Once a month onsite at Ortigas/Baguio City))

Salary: PHP 40,000 to PHP 50,000

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or administrative support-ideally in a real estate or service industry
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Microsoft Office Suite translates well) and basic design tools such as Canva, Adobe InDesign, or Photoshop a plus
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Sendgrid, Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and social media management tools
  • Experience using website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the property management or real estate industry
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Event planning or coordination experience

Your Daily Tasks

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to support business development and initiatives
  • Create, edit, and publish content for websites, email newsletters, and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and signage
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of all campaigns and collateral
  • Support event planning efforts, including industry trade shows, client appreciation events, and community outreach
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM data
  • Collaborate with external vendors and creative professionals (e.g., graphic designers, printers) as needed
  • Maintain and organize the company's digital asset library and brand templates
  • Organize marketing materials in applications and systems like Google Suite, Canva, YouTube, and the like
  • Schedule social media posts, track completion, and communicate with department heads ahead of posts
  • Order print and marketing materials including business cards, expo materials, brochures, and folders
  • Maintain prospect distribution lists for direct mail, email campaigns, and similar initiatives
  • Handle minor online and website edits on the company site, Google Business Profile, and social media accounts
  • Track Google reviews, ads, and related KPIs
  • Apply basic graphic design knowledge as needed
