Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides daily administrative and coordination support to the marketing team.

  • Assists in creating, designing, and proofreading marketing materials and content.

  • Supports the scheduling, publishing, and monitoring of social media activities.

  • Engages with online audiences and responds to inquiries or comments professionally.

  • Coordinates with external vendors and manages basic procurement tasks (quotes, invoices).

  • Tracks marketing campaigns, budgets, and ensures all efforts align with brand standards.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related field.

  • Preferably with 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing, advertising, or a similar role; fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Knowledgeable in social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM).

  • Basic experience in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.

  • Willing to be assigned in Santolan, Pasig City.
