What are your Responsibilities

  • Develop initial design concepts and space plans based on client briefs, site analysis, and project requirements.
  • Translate conceptual ideas into schematic design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and mood boards.
  • Present design concepts and schematics to clients, gather feedback, and refine designs accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop schematic designs into more detailed design solutions.
  • Research and propose suitable materials, finishes, and furniture options for the project.
  • Coordinate with other team members and consultants during the schematic design phase.
  • Stay up-to-date with current design trends and incorporate them into schematic designs, where appropriate.
  • Prepare and deliver design presentations to clients and internal teams.

What are your minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design.
  • At least five (5) years of experience as a Schematic Designer  (a license is preferred).
  • You're proficient in Sketchup, D5 , BIM Software & AutoCAD.
  • Confident in doing Manual Sketching.
  • You're familiar with Philippine architectural and interior design code & standards.
  • Willing to work in the Pasig City or BGC Office.
  • Open to traveling to different project sites.
