About the role

Join the dynamic team at Joeun Partners International, Inc. as an Interior Design Architect. In this full-time role based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial part in shaping the design and aesthetics of commercial spaces in the Construction industry. As an expert in the field of Interior Design, you will leverage your creative vision and technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the functionality and visual appeal of our clients' commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborating with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences
  2. Conceptualizing and producing detailed interior design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations
  3. Selecting and specifying appropriate materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment to bring the design vision to life
  4. Overseeing the implementation of interior design projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards in the Construction industry
  5. Providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the design and construction process
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in interior design

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field
  2. Must be registered with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
  3. 5 years and up experience as an Interior Design Architect, preferably in the commercial sectors
  4. Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  5. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills
  6. Proven ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
  7. Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  9. Experience working on any commercial project types is required
