Role Mission
As a
Design Officer (Interior Designer)
you will be responsible for developing and implementing standard engineering policies for the Building Management Department of
Robinsons Offices
. Your role includes acting as the owner's design-lead for operations-related major renovations (lobbies, toilets, façade); standardizing design templates and policies for new and existing buildings; performing regular technical audits of existing and constructing sites and finalizing reports with the Technical Support Manager; and researching new technologies and innovations and preparing case-studies with the intent to implement in the business.
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Interior Designer
or
Licensed Architect
with experience with Interior Design - At least
2 years
of worthy experience in
interior design of an office/ commercial building operation - Strong analytical and communication skills
- Willing to work onsite at Ortigas Center, Pasig (Head Office-based)
