What are your Responsibilities

  • Come up with and develop innovative architectural and interior design solutions.
  • Create excellent detailed architectural and interior design plans.
  • Make sure BIM models meet project quality standards, workflows, and goals.
  • Manage and keep technical project records organized.
  • Monitor Design Reviews and obtain approval of produced drawings.
  • Work with team members to stay on track with project deadlines, deliverables, and workflow.

What are your minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
  • At least five (5) years of experience as a Technical Designer (a license is preferred).
  • You're proficient in BIM Software / AutoCAD.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential for this role.
  • You're familiar with Philippine architectural and interior design code & standards.
  • Willing to work in the Pasig City or BGC Office.
  • Open to traveling to different project sites.
  • Weekly travel to different project sites is expected as part of this position.
