
Human Relations and Administration Assistant

Required Qualifications :
- Graduate of any business course
- Six (6) months to two (2) years previous work experience in the field of Human Resources and Administration
- Computer literate, proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Average English communication skills – oral and written
- Critical thinker, attentive to details, and efficient in time management
- Above average filing and organizational skills
- Knowledge on timekeeping and payroll software is a preferred but not required. However, manual timekeeping is a must.
- Proficient in preparation of requests for payment of all company billings received from external parties
- Exposed to or has participated in organizing company activities and programs
- Has at least an idea on building and property maintenance, business permits and other regulatory compliance that pertains to the scope of HR and Administration
- Positive thinker and possesses good coordination and negotiation presentation skills
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Monitors and processes all admin related billings of the company.
Acts as a single point of contact (SPOC) of the document repository initiative of the company. This includes maintaining a proper library of soft and hard copies of all approved policies, work instructions, other important documents of the company endorsed by all departments for safekeeping, HRAD memoranda and permits/licenses.
Ensures that onsite and offsite storage are properly arranged and kept, including but not limited to maintaining and updating of the list of all documents stored.
Consolidates all office supplies requisition of all departments and forwards the approved consolidated list to the Purchasing Section.
Takes charge of all concerns and requests relating to company vehicles including its travel assignment for the day and succeeding days. This includes Fuel Purchase Order and periodic maintenance of all company vehicles.
Assists the HRAD Generalist on all concerns relating to talent acquisition and onboarding.
Assists the HRAD Generalist and/or committee members of all official company activities.
Performs all the duties and responsibilities of the concurrent position which is Procurement Assistant.
Performs all duties assigned by management of the company from time to time.
