Job Summary:

This role ensures the smooth running of HR operations and contributes to the efficient delivery of HR services such as recruitment, onboarding, record-keeping, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes: job posting, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records, both in physical and digital formats.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves, absences, and attendance).
  • Track and monitor employee leave and attendance records.
  • Support in the planning and execution of HR programs such as trainings, seminars, and employee engagement activities.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR role is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
