Job Summary:

The Human Resources Assistant supports the HR department in a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, processing documentation, and supporting HR-related projects and programs.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.
  • Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS) is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and a high level of discretion.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in 
    Legazpi Village, Makati City

(Monday to Friday)

Specific Responsibilities:

1.
Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, posting job ads, and screening resumes.

2.
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.

  1. Assists in the implementation  and updates of employee movements such as regularization,  transfer, promotion and separation are properly documented and encoded in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and with POEA/DMW.

  2. Assists in the implementation of Human Resource Activities such as Summer Outing, Christmas Party, Training, Conferences and other related activities of employees and clients.

  3. Files and ensures that all related documents  for Tardiness,  Absences,  and overtime of employees are well organized.

  4. Manages and handles the inventory of the Office Supply Storage Room with HR Officer.

  5. Assists in maintaining  and safe keeping of 201 files of employee  under all staff, supervisory, managerial, professional and technical level.

  6. Assists in processing of AIRB an Accreditation of all employees.

  7. Perform responsibilities identified in the Quality Management System.

  8. Perform other duties required from time to time.
