- Must have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role, hotel experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple HR functions, such as recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration.
- Proven experience in handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Experience with talent acquisition and retention strategies, including performance management and succession planning.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) for interaction with employees across all levels
- Has analytical and problem-solving abilities for handling complex HR issues and decision-making.
- With high level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong focus on employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with employees, managers, and leadership.
- Cultural awareness and the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
