Junior Lead, Business Development - Loans Company: RCBC Bankard Services Corporation Location: National Capital Region, Philippines Supports the Department Head in implementing and providing inputs to new products/businesses and enhancements to current product and systems covered by the loans product life‑cycle. Assists the Department Head in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets. Conducts research to assess product/business viability. Develops business model, identifies target market, product positioning, business strategy and business requirements of new and current products/business. Responsible for coordinating and overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Closely works & collaborates with the Department Head to support project planning, execution, and monitoring, while also taking on leadership responsibilities within the team. Job Requirements Must be a graduate of Commerce or Business Management, Information Technology or Engineering. At least 5 years’ experience in R&D for innovation projects, product development or project management preferably in banking, financial or telecommunications industry; was able to conceptualize and develop new products for previous companies; exposure to agile project management methodology is an advantage.
