Responsibilities

  • Lead technical engagement in enterprise sales cycles.
  • Design AI-driven solutions for contact center challenges.
  • Deliver demos and presentations on GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG, LLMs.
  • Develop solution architectures and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Advise on AI adoption and integration with CCaaS platforms.
  • Track AI trends and competitor solutions.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in Contact Centre, Pre-sales, or Solution Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, Conversational & Agentic AI.
  • Experience with CCaaS (Genesys, Avaya, Five9, NICE, Amazon Connect).
  • Excellent communicator with enterprise sales experience.
  • Fluent in English; willing to travel across India/APAC.

Industry Background

  • 7+ years in Contact Centre domain.
  • Experience in Conversational AI preferred.
  • Project management/consulting and account management expertise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php75,000.00 per month
