Sales Engineer – Infrastructure Projects | Company Car Provided

Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila

Employment Type: Full-time | Direct Hire

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Technical Sales Engineer to handle infrastructure and construction-related products. The role involves managing key client accounts, expanding market presence, and providing technical support to ensure successful project execution.

This position offers the opportunity to work with industry-leading products and includes a company-provided vehicle for fieldwork and client visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the infrastructure project segment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, project developers, architects, and engineers.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical consultations, and demonstrations for clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and project tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and after-sales support.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates.
  • Represent the company in trade shows, project site visits, and industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or any related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, project selling, or account management within the construction or infrastructure industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, sealants, coatings, or adhesives is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
  • Must be willing to do fieldwork and report onsite in Taguig City.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
