We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Project Planner to oversee the scheduling and logistics of our construction projects.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Engineer with a strong background in the construction industry, particularly with end-to-end project management. This role requires familiarity with all trades and the ability to create comprehensive project schedules, monitor progress, and manage resources effectively. The Project Planner will work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical)
  • Valid professional license (PRC)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning within the construction industry
  • Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish
  • In-depth knowledge of all construction trades and processes
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to travel to the other project sites
