Job Description:

  1. Responsible for the construction organization and management of the construction processes within the assigned site;

  2. Responsible for the technical, safety, and quality disclosure work within its scope, regularly checking the implementation of regulations, measures, and disclosure requirements, correcting erroneous operations at any time, and conducting technical inspections of the construction team;

  3. Inspect and supervise the construction status of subcontractors/construction teams, promptly solve technical problems during construction, and rectify quality issues in a timely manner;

  4. Assist in resolving site community access issues, actively cooperate with customer staff for inspections and requirements;

  5. Strictly implement copper cable material statistics and monitoring work;

  6. Responsible for handling on-site change requests from customers, timely and accurately calculating and updating the actual engineering workload;

  7. Supervise the progress of the responsible site and report it in a timely manner;

  8. Cooperate with customers to participate in site acceptance work

Requirements:

1. More than two years of experience in site supervision for fiber cable OSP construction projects or FTTx projects.

  1. English can be used as the working language.

  2. Experience in copper cable construction or copper cable dismantling projects is preferred.

  3. Having a PMP certificate is preferred.
