Medical Chart Analyst

Job Description:
We are looking for a Non-Voice Associate with at least 6 months of experience in MyChart review and follow-up to join our Inbound Patient Billing Chat Support team. The ideal candidate will assist patients through chat in resolving billing-related inquiries, reviewing MyChart accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate responses in line with healthcare privacy and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound patient billing inquiries via chat in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Review and update patient information using MyChart and other healthcare systems.
- Provide accurate information regarding patient statements, balances, and payment options.
- Assist patients in navigating billing portals and MyChart access issues.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Escalate unresolved or complex cases to the appropriate team for further action.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, and response time targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in MyChart review and follow-up within a healthcare or RCM setting.
- Experience in non-voice (chat/email) patient support preferred.
- Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare billing processes and HIPAA compliance.
- Ability to multitask and manage patient conversations efficiently.
- Proficient in computer navigation and data entry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
