Job Summary:

We are seeking an Accounts Associate with 1-3 years of experience to assist in managing customer invoicing, payments, and account reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, a solid understanding of accounts receivable processes, and strong attention to detail. This role requires problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and collaboration with internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor accounts receivable transactions, ensuring payments are received on time.
  • Follow up on outstanding balances and coordinate with clients on payment schedules.
  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and data analysis.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and customers to address billing and payment inquiries.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance accounts receivable operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
