Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accounting Supervisor based in Pasig, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the time. The Accounting Supervisor will oversee and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, monitor compliance with regulations, and maintain financial records. Daily tasks include preparing financial statements, managing budgets, supervising junior accounting staff, ensuring timely reporting, and using accounting software to organize and analyze data. The role also entails supporting audits and providing analysis to assist with financial decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Strong Analytical Skills and a solid foundation in Finance
  • Proficiency with Accounting Software platforms
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in financial management and supervising accounting teams
  • Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
  • CPA designation is a plus
