Accounting Supervisor – Shared Resource

Job Summary

CPA license is required. The Accounting Supervisor plays a critical role in safeguarding the financial health, stability, and long-term growth of the organization. This position leads financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while ensuring accurate records, regulatory compliance, and strong internal controls.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys ownership, analytical work, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Performance Management

  • Lead cash flow forecasting, project budgeting, and cost monitoring for each development phase.
  • Prepare financial models and projections for new developments, land acquisitions, and long-term growth initiatives.
  • Generate monthly management reports, dashboards, and financial summaries for executives and investors.

Financial Controls & Risk Management

  • Maintain strong financial controls across cash handling, reconciliations, approvals, and compliance safeguards.
  • Apply forensic review techniques to investigate variances, strengthen fraud prevention, and ensure data integrity.
  • Support continuous improvement of internal controls, accounting systems, and end-to-end finance processes.

Governance & Strategic Oversight

  • Provide comptroller-level support including financial policy development, budget governance, and cost control discipline.
  • Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting to support strategic business decisions.
  • Manage funding sources including bank financing arrangements, loan documentation, and covenant compliance.

Compliance & Regulatory

  • Lead BIR compliance, LGU tax filings, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate preparation of financial statements, audits, and regulatory submissions.

Project & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner closely with project engineers, sales teams, and accounting staff to align budgets, cost tracking, and operational activities.
  • Supervise trust fund administration, including perpetual-care fund management for memorial park operations.

What We're Looking For

  • CPA license is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, preferably in real estate, land development, or project-based environments.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance.
  • Solid understanding of internal controls, audit practices, and risk management.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems.
  • Can start immediately.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
