About the role

RUCS KONSULT CORPORATION' is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Supervisor to join our team in Pasig City Metro Manila. As our Accounting Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the company's financial accounting and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and the timely delivery of financial information to key stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and coordinate the work of the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting
  2. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with accounting standards and company policies
  3. Conduct regular audits and analyses to identify areas for process improvements and cost savings
  4. Liaise with internal departments and external parties, such as auditors and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  5. Provide guidance and training to accounting staff, supporting their professional development and fostering a collaborative team environment
  6. Contribute to the implementation of new accounting systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and data integrity

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification or equivalent
  3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting supervisory or managerial role, preferably within the Accounting & Financial Reporting industry
  4. Excellent understanding of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and internal control procedures
  5. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  6. Proficient in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial reporting tools
  7. Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team
