JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Ensure that private and sensitive information is used, handled, documented and disposed appropriately
  • Provides assistance tot the Legal Counsel team
  • Help deliver documents and liaise with government offices like SEC, BIR, ERC, DOE
  • Assists in the collaboration of documents for compliance with the application for DHSUD and LGUs
  • Assists in the monitoring and coordinating with Accounting Department with status of requests for payment and Treasury Department for status of checks availability for payments

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • At least 1 year related work experience
  • With knowledge of contract drafting and document view
  • Willing to liaise with government offices, clients, etc.
  • Excellent eye for details and willing to learn
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in filing with the SEC, etc.
  • Willing to work ASAP
  • Will be assigned in BGC, Taguig City
