Dealer Care Representative

Main Role: Responds to incoming communications from dealers, customers, and Carlcare ield personnel by phone, email, and other means of communication. Forward incoming communications to the appropriate person if the request is outside the representative's familiarity or area of responsibility.

Job description

  1. Communicate with all dealers on a daily basis
  2. Visit dealer shop, arrange Carlcare Image support
  3. Identify dealers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  4. Build sustainable relationships and engage dealers by taking the extra mile, Increase Call volume
  5. Arrange logistics support, CP Payment & Monitor dealer pending & Call trend 6. Meet dealer satisfaction target.

Other duties:

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution.

    -Recommend potential products or services to headquarters by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Prepare weekly reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Assist in facilitating order reservation and order status check.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree

    2.Must be proficient in Bisaya/Cebuano, both spoken and written

    (This is essential as you will be handling dealers and clients based in Mindanao.)
  2. 1+ years' experience in a customer service-related role. Strong online chat handling skills.
  3. Ability to foster and maintain relationships. Positive, service-oriented attitude.
  4. Basic computer skills and data analysis skills.
  5. Need to master local languages, English can be used as a working language with chinese bosses.
