We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Customer Service Representative are expected to uphold company standards, contribute to team goals, and deliver consistent, quality support across all communication channels. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer needs.

  • Support team objectives and meet performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Senior High School graduate (K-12) or completed at least 2 years in college; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in customer service or BPO is an advantage.
