We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries with accuracy and efficiency while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. You will ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving, clear communication, and a commitment to service excellence.

Customer Service Representative are expected to uphold company standards, contribute to team goals, and deliver consistent, quality support across all communication channels. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer needs.
  • Maintain professional and courteous interactions at all times.

  • Support team objectives and meet performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Senior High School graduate (K-12) or completed at least 2 years in college; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in customer service or BPO is an advantage.
