Position Overview:

We are seeking a Bookkeeper who will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the company's financial operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and experienced in general accounting and bookkeeping practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial statements
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Monitor and maintain petty cash and expense tracking
  • Support the accounting department during audits and financial reviews

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
  • Knowledge of BIR processes and Philippine tax compliance
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided they have undergone Bookkeeping Training (NC II Bookkeeping).
