Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial construction projects.
  • Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (P.E. or equivalent).
  • Extensive expertise in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit). You'll be expected to produce, modify, and manage accurate construction drawings and documentation.
  • Serve as the primary Project Coordinator, assisting with scheduling, RFI/submittal processes,
  • Provide support drawings design and drawing support to the Senior Project Architect, ensuring plans are constructible, compliant, and clearly communicated.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, construction means, and methods.
