Customer Service Representative (BPO Setup)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service and support to customers through various communication channels, ensuring that inquiries are handled efficiently, accurately, and professionally.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or account-related concerns.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction and timely resolution.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions in the system following company protocols.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or management when necessary.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity targets.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and process improvements.

Qualifications:
  • At least 6 months of BPO or customer service experience (preferred but not required for entry-level roles).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Computer literate with experience using CRM systems, chat platforms, or ticketing tools.
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college-level education preferred.
