We are looking for
motivated and customer-focused individuals
to join our team as
Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
for a
seasonal project lasting three (3) months
. This is a great opportunity for
fresh graduates or first-time job seekers
who want to gain valuable experience in a professional work environment.

No BPO experience required
— we provide the necessary training to help you succeed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, or chat in a polite and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns with patience and empathy
  • Record and update customer details in the system
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments
  • Meet performance goals such as response time and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain professionalism and positivity in all interactions
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure excellent service delivery

Qualifications:

  • At least a high school graduate (college level or graduate is a plus)
  • No prior BPO experience required—we welcome applicants who are eager to learn
  • Good communication and active listening skills
  • Basic computer navigation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed

Note:
This is a
seasonal position for three (3) months only
with a
total package of ₱18,000
. Perfect for those looking for short-term work experience and additional income during the peak season.
