  • Join the Customer Service team at IGT Technologies Philippines, Inc. as a Travel Account-Customer Service Representative. In this full-time role based in Pavia Iloilo, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in the travel industry. Your role is crucial in ensuring a positive experience for our customers and contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound calls from customers and responding to queries or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, including bookings, reservations, and travel arrangements
  • Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on company policies, procedures, and products
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Identifying opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell additional products and services
  • Collaborating with the wider team to share best practices and continuously improve customer service

What we're looking for

  • At least Senior High Graduate or High School Graduate
  • With or Without BPO Experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of the team
