About the Role

We're seeking a Remote Sales Coordinator with proven experience supporting U.S. clients. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving our business development and client management efforts. You'll handle day-to-day sales operations, coordinate with prospects and clients, and provide vital support to the sales team in lead generation, scheduling, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring all client and prospect information is up to date.

  • Coordinate appointments, client meetings, and sales activities.
  • Assist in lead generation through calls, emails, and research.
  • Conduct market/company research to support sales strategies and client targeting.
  • Prepare and manage proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track sales progress.
  • Support client onboarding and account management activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or customer service (account management experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; must be articulate and confident in client interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a team.
  • Smart, proactive, and professional with strong attention to detail.
